How to setup the module if your Kayako API uses SSL (HTTPS)

If you are using a Kayako API that has an SSL certificate (https) then you will need to do the following:

1. First, you'll need to visit the URL with your web browser (Firefox is recommended) in order to grab the CA certificate.
2. In your browser (Firefox) open up the security details for the site by double-clicking on the padlock icon, so you are viewing the SSL certificate details.
3. Then click on "View Certificate"
4. Bring up the "Details" tab of the cerficates page, and select the top certificate of the hierarchy, the highest you can select. This is the CA certificate. If you do not select the top of the certificate hierarchy and you save it, it will not work.
5. Then click "Export", and save the CA certificate to your computer, making sure to select the X.509 Certificate (PEM) as the save type/format.
6. Upload the exported certificate to the WHMCS includes folder with the file name of aiso-kayako-whmcs-export.crt

If your SSL certificate is a wildcard certificate or your module has issues connecting to Kayako, then open up the aiso-kayako-v4-settings.php file and set the variable $mblnDisableSSLVerification to False. If the variable doesnt exist then add the following to the bottom of the file:
$mblnDisableSSLVerification = False;
