Your SSL cert is not a quality SSL cert and the PHP SSL libraries are not trusting your SSL certificate and that its valid. You will need to download Mozilla's bundle file using the link to the right (link is next to paper clip icon) and overwrite the aiso-kayako-whmcs-export.crt with this file.
